This exercise works mostly the lumber area muscles but its good also for other parts of the body like leggs and bum (no existant when you are a ful time wheelchair user). First one leg and I hold it for 5 secs and then the opposite leg I do this five times but I can manage so much and so little at the same time because I try to combine strenghtening of the muscles after one year of doing this with a life quality that was missing in my previous years when rehabilitation was so important.
After this leg exercise I bend my legs on the kneees and I hold a foot with the opposite Hand. This works mainly in the legs but secondarily in the luber area in the body.
