Finally (here I show you) I give you my leg exercises I hope you understnd by this movement in which I put one leg over the other with the foot being on top of the oposite leg while I keep it tight on the leg with one hang and with the opposite hand I press down on the knee of the "folded" leg; I do this for 15 seconds with the left leg and 10 with the right one.
I do hope you do understand what I say because I never did this before so keep my "fingers crossed" and I hope for the best.
Once I finfish with the legs exercises I go to one extreem on the sofa using it a "prop" to help me with the next set of the exerceses that I will be living for tomorrow or the next day.
